I'm graduated in Industrial Design (Univercidade - Ipanema / RJ), and I have worked numerous years as a Graphic Designer, and after as a Digital Designer. In 2011, I did a post-graduate in Information Architecture and Usability (PUC Univercity - Rio de Janeiro), and I started focusing on user experience.

I have more 10 years experience working in internet communication and design. The last 5 years were spent generating solutions and solving complex issues in Information architecture, interaction design for large companies as DASA, Itaú, B2W (americanas, submarino, shoptime), Porto Seguro, Santander Brazil, Grupo Carrefour, Sky and, Try Consultant.

Fascinated by understanding human behavior and applying this knowledge useful in working context, data analysis, visual designs and for creating a persuasive design to improve customer engagement. All this resulted in the delivery of real results for companies’ profits and an increase of conversion taxes.
